2 printer cables. are they outdated ?

The printer cables are old centronix parallel cables. I see them all the time at Goodwill for 99 cents.
He black one is an adapter for an old PCMCIA (laptop) Ethernet card, there might be on that looks the same but has a phone jack as some of the old cards were dual modem/network cards.
That might be worth a couple bucks to someone who needs one.
The other black one is a IR-blaster they work with things like old Tivo's and RF remote control extenders to control cable boxes and other AV gear (in the case of the RF remote extender)
Again might be worth a couple bucks to someone who needs one.
