Are the 10" woofers and compression drivers different on the new 1099's from the new 1099's?

I was wondering if the new DIYSG 1099's have different 10" woofers on them than the older 1099's. The old ones look blue. Are the new ones blue or black? Also, are the compression drivers on the new ones different from the old ones? What will be the difference in sound on these? Thanks for your time!

Here are the compression drivers I got this time:

CDX1-1770 - Celestion
