Applying Banana Plugs?

After wrestling for years (and years) with connecting bare wire to the binding posts on the back of receivers, I bought a set of Nakamichi banana plugs from eBay. I think they are "self-crimping." I cannot figure out how to put these suckers on the wire ends. Please help. I'll probably need to see photos.

Start by unscrewing the outside casing. Stick the bare wire in from the bottom, then screw in side screws for proper seating. Screw back on the outside casing and your set. Hope this helps.
