Apple TV 4K lag time between screens

Hello all - current setup:

Apple TV 4K
Marantz SR6013 4K
LG C9 4K

Apple TV has direct connect ethernet from cable modem, a Belkin High Speed Ultra HDMI going to the AVR and the AVR has a Belkin cable going to TV

(So the Marantz is handling the HDMI to TV)

So when I switch between Apple TV screen and apps screen I get a 3-4 second lag (black screen)

I don't get this with my other TV setup which is just a Plasma TV and Apple TV4K hooked to it via HDMI

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Some devices perform the HDMI handshake faster than others. From what information you've provided, that's sounds like what your experiencing.
