Anyone used the Terk Leapfrog?

How well does it work and what are it's drawbacks?

I want to send composite video and stereo audio from one room to another. I'm going maybe fifteen feet to a room directly over the first and don't want to get involved with running wire.

I have used their leapfrog IR extender, it works very well, no drawbacks that I can think of.
