I am still trying to decide what speakers to get for my HT room that is 36 X 16 with a Pioneer 1018 receiver.

I have some good prices offered for Swan Diva's speakers.

Center 389.00
Swan Diva 6.2 Fronts 1,189.00 pr
Swan Diva 5.2R Surrounds 549.00 pr.

Anyone know anything about them?? How do they compare to Def Tech's, and Atlantic Tech's.

Thanks

Swan's are excellent speakers and good looking to boot. In general, I find their sonic character to be neutral to warm whereas I find DefTech neutral to bright. Haven't heard Atlantic in a long time so can't comment on those.

They both do... The question is what works better for your ears. Older listeners tend to prefer bright speakers because they otherwise wouldn't hear higher frequencies. I prefer neutral to warm.

Only your ears can tell you which you prefer... both will work just fine.
