Anyone ever heard of Thunderbird Speakers?

Strange question perhaps but here's my dilemma. I own a nice center channel speaker called the Nature Six manufactured (if I remember correctly) by Thunderbird sound. Great quality Asian manufactured clone speaker - modeled after a high end design. Problem is I can't find the manufacturers web site or contact number anywhere. I originally purchased this speaker directly off the companies web site as they do internet only direct to consumer sales. Has anyone ever heard of these speakers or better yet own any? Any info is appreciated as I intend to get more!

Why on earth would you buy MORE speakers from a company that does not exist online anymore.I would not buy a speaker from a defunct company as you would have a hard time replacing parts. And you can't find them online anywhere? That seems a little suspect as well.....good luck though..

We'll be seeing a thunderbird website comming online real soon,selling all kinds of white van $2 junk crap,high gloss piano black painted cardboard speakers.

I'd bet the bank this cat hit 50 web sites with the same t-bird bs.

Instead of calling them Thunderbird you guys should call them Dodo birds,both sound equally stupid.

Sorry, Altec. I saw your other post on here and didn't think that you were a spammer. Hopefully you'll stick around and give us another chance. There's been spam around here, and sometimes people get suspicious.

I looked for Thunderbird speakers after seeing your first post but couldn't find anything on the web, either. I've never heard of them. Good luck, though.

Not everyone on here feels that way. There have been a few spammers on here but they are caught quickly most of the time,the mods are quick on here.I hope you stick around for a while...

Altec, this is the line that got everybody suspicious.

The sad fact is you can't clone a speaker. You can disguise junk that way, and sadly that is what you bought. You bought what is commonly referred to as a "White Van Speaker."

If we have persuaded you to move on and get into something better, rather than waste hard earned money on junk, then we have done you a favor.
