OK, so I went to the foot dr a while back because I was having foot pain {from a case of gout arthritis flared up from eating pork}, he prescribed me some $300 inserts for my shoes, long story short these things killed me, 3 weeks and they hurt bad, he said I would get used to them but because of my weight it could take a while...

Well I was talking to a friend of mine about it and he told me about walk fit inserts... I went online $20, so I bought a pair.. Its been about 3 weeks with them and WOW, they work, my feet feel good, my knees and my hips, my lower back always hurts and even that got a little better... If anyone is having hip knee foot pain try them out, they are worth their weight....

Never heard of them but they are cheap on Amazon and they also have free returns...so I might give them a shot. My heels often hurt.

I bought them on amazon too, $20 shipped... They say for sizes to 14.5 so I was worried they would be a little small for me but they work fine.... give them a try I will never not have them now...

Two things make your heels hurt. Tight calfs and standing/working too much. Stretch and quit working. ..

Happy repeat customer of Orthodynamics for many years. No other connection.

orthodynamics dot com. Go to the "Pre-molded" page.

High quality, fair price. Cheap inserts are a false economy.
