Any tips for wall mounting 50" Plasma

I went ahead and ordered the one I last linked too. Looks pretty straight forward and got lots of positive review on build quality and installation. It's 32" wide so I can hit both studs without any modifications.

I have the very same one and I really like it , easy to install and very well made, no rough edges and a nice smooth finish, great choice IMO.

As I'm sure you know, make sure you have a quality long level to use. A slight error in making it level can show up pretty easily once you've noticed it.

I have a tilt only mount and am very happy. I was very limited to what would work since I have a Pioneer (60" Elite Pro-150FD) and the mount holes are so wide that most mounts out there won't work. No monoprice mount would work. I got a Peerless mount and it has done well.

I may just be related to Superman. I got it mounted last night by myself, took some time to find the studs I wanted to use. It's a little higher than I wanted but I'm happy (it's level!) and the tilt makes it work out prefect for our seating distance. I got to touch up the paint on the wall and get the cable track up then I'll post some pics in a bit after I get something to eat.

They were no where to be found. I lied, no pictures tonight, my HDMI and RCA video cable aren't long enough to route through the cable track. Plus I don't feel like painting tonight.

I just placed an order again with Monoprice for some 12ft cables.

Thoughts on this one? Looks like it's VESA compatible with my TV (Samsung PN50A400)
