Oppo will most likley tell you to go in and clear your stored memory and try the movie again. You can also shoot them an email about that movie and see what they say, but it sounds like it may be a problem disc.

We re-rented Date Night and it plays fine.
I held off deleting what OPPO calls 'Persistent Storage' because I thought it would wipe out my speaker & sub settings, since I'm running analog outs.
All is well and all my settings are intact.
They also mentioned that I disable BD-Live.
