Not that there is anything wrong with that:D....you have to keep yourself occupied with something while the shisha is being passed around...add beers to this equation and you are in university heaven:):):)

You guys are funny. If I took 1 hit off that pipe. I would pass out, and miss the party. Never mind relaxing. Puts me right to sleep. I don't even have time for the munches I'm out cold.

Smoking herb in a hookah you basically have to mix it with shisha (which isn't tobacco like I think you are thinking of ... it is really molasses tobacco) because the weed is too dry, it will just fry as soon as the coal gets going. Hash-oil or hash mixed in with the shisha (1:3 ratio) is more popular because the burn is controlled, but hookahs truely aren't a popular way to smoke herb. Most stoners keep the hookah for shisha and the b or vape for the herb.... if only just because resin is difficult to clean out of them ... but maybe those rich rock stars just buy a new hookah every time or have a groupie get cleaning duty or something. haha.

Those hookahs look interesting. If I was still back in my late teens or early to mid twenties, I'd be all over trying that. At this point, though, I've lost all desire for smoke inhalation. I can remember back, though, and I bet it's enjoyable.

Never was into the herb. Had friends who did it quite a bit, but it was never my thing. Nitrous, on the other hand...

Ive been off Tobacco of any kind for almost 10 years now. It was very hard to quit, but i did it cold turkey. I still have cravings for a smoke when i smell someone lite up a Winston cigarette. I also get that craving when i smell Copenhagen. I put on some weight when i quit, but i can breath alot better now that i quit. Some people who quit say they never even think of it, i wish i was that lucky.

Peace,
Tommy

As my friends and I are graduating soon, we all had to clean up our vices (luckily mine were the easiest ones). Two of them have switched from cigarettes to SOEX brand molasses (in a Hookah), because it doesn't contain any tobacco and still smokes nicely. It seems to kill their physiological cravings after the physical ones have passed.

Herb in itself was fairly easy for me quit, but the social aspects of it weren't. You build friendships based around getting high ... and they are good friendships, but when the time comes to enter society (which we seemingly have nothing to do with) things are more complex... leaving this friendly stoney group to be thrown into banks and markets and whatever. Hookah has been grounding for us while we get our feet wet.

The trouble with quitting something is that it seems like we always have to find a replacement. Cigs, herb, blow, smack ... but sometimes the replacement is as bad as the original grip.
Not sure if any of that made sense, I'm sleepy and rambling... bad combo!
