Thanks again for your help, everyone. I am leaning toward slowly obtaining pieces of the new Kef Q series. I think I'll start with the just the receiver and a pair of floor-standers. Then I'll add the sub (SVS PB-2000, probably), center, and bookshelves, in that order. I still have a few questions:

1) I am leaning toward the Q750s for the floor-standing speakers over the Q950s. From what I understand, the main benefit of the Q950s would be better bass. With the SVS PB-2000, do you guys think the Q750s will be sufficient?

2) Will the Denon X3300 work with that whole setup, or will I need another amp?

3) Does anyone know how to figure out where I can demo the new Kef Q series?

4) Does anyone have experience with this site? https://designeraudiovideo.com/ They seem to have the Kef Q series considerably cheaper than anywhere else (950s for $775 and 750s for $620). I am always suspicious of deals, haha. If the site's legit, though, I'll probably buy from them.

Thanks again, everyone!

1/ With a sub even bookshelf/standmount speakers may be a viable option. Why do you want floorstanders particularly?

2/ See if the Denon on its own will work, you can easily add external amplification to it later.

3/ & 4/ Sorry, no.

Best Buy should have them. Best Buy sells them online. You can confirm their Return Policy, but they usually let you return on-line purchases to the stores if they don't sound good.

If not, I would buy from Amazon Prime. They have a 30-day Return Policy. If you don't like the way the speakers sound, you can return them to Amazon.

As already mentioned, A4Less has the KEF Q700 for $900/pair new and free delivery.

The Denon X3300 will power any of these KEF speakers just fine.
