anthem avm30

I tried to install updated software to the avm30..... The pc was looking for the processor but could not see it or find it..... Now the avm30 will not even turn on or power up anymore..... Any suggestions.? Otherwise it will be the sweetest most expensive paper weight ever.

Talk to the dealer to see if he can offer some suggestions

He is gunna want to know what version firmware you are using as well as the steps you took to help you.
