Another PC Question (sorry)

So I did a restore on the laptop I am selling. It is in the set-up phase now. So far I answered USA, English and no external keyboard. I'd like to stop somewhere for the buyer to complete the set-up. Any clue where I can power it down before it asks for username, etc?

You should have just left it the way it was after the reinstall and they would start from scratch. Just power it off now.

I wouldn't have known for sure that I could power it down at any point. After the re-install it immediately goes through the set up. So I can power it down midway through that now? Then the buyer can resume where I left off?
