Richard Gray stuff RULES................ me thinks.
Be very careful with series mode power conditioners:
1) They aren't UL tested or approved
2) Many of these designs actually amplify incoming spikes and surges

Definitely Infinity. You can tell by the tweeters. They were at war with McIntosh in the late 70's/early 80's for the most outrageous speakers. It was fun watching them design some of those monsters. Here's a few more rooms from Exotic Audio that I wouldn't mind having.

Dude! You wouldn't want this system! It has the cables laying on the floor instead of using those mandatory cable risers!

Mac me, baby!

Privateer, I'm with you all the way! I'm a Mac fan from way back. Can't beat that classic look. Blue meters bouncing around from all that power and all. Whoo-hoooo! Crank it up! :D

It boggles the mind really. First I'd have to spend years just researching the mega-buck products to stock each of my systems. But right now I can at least say what I'm aiming for.....

1. 7.1 (maybe a 9.1 with "height" channels) cinema with front projector (1080p of course) in a specially-designed "theater room"

2. 5.1 Living room. Nothing too fancy, maybe a Sony Qualia 71" TV and those RBH CineCast speaker systems with a Velo 1812 sub.

3. Second 5.1 system dedicated to 4:3 programing and videogames.

4. Stereo room. Something in the $500,000 range with very big speakers.

5. Second stereo system. something smaller, maybe the NHT Xd system. Fos use when frying my brain.

6. Compuetr with headphone setup. Maybe a headphone tube amp

7. Nice car system (nice car too)

8. Second NHT Xd for the garage.

Hey, that was a really nice remote control on the missing picture! Now, if it's only a programable remote......

They appear to be Genesis - 1.1? Driven by Levinson?

I bet they rock.

This so much more important than many folks realize. Anything that has to do with AC power (conditioner, protection, pwr supply, AC/DC wall-wart transformers, whatever) is either UL approved (or equiv) or it doesn’t get past the door into our home.

Those are genesis 1.1's. (the last pic on page 1) They come with amps for the sub columns. The total system weighs over a ton and costs $135,000. Anyone want to help me rob a bank? Could get a pair of boulder mono blacks too ($120,000) :D
