I'm quite the new when it comes to audio, but I want to understand it. Many may remember me from the toy incident, sry for that sh$# storm. I am trying to learn how to judge sound objectively. It seems Frequency spectrum is important. I downloaded this app that shows the frequency distribution. Can this tell me how a sound system is performing?

If that is a measurement of your system, it shows a swing of 55dB across the spectrum, which is poor. Ideally, we like to see +/-3dB or better (a 6dB swing) for most if not all of the audible spectrum.
