I don't know of anything for a receiver. I did own a Crown OC150 at one point that used Amplifier inputs. I guess something like this could work going Pre-outs to the Meter back to the Analog input section on your receiver(?). This is assuming your receiver has them.
I wouldn't expect to find anything since you are most likely that 1 out 100,000 that would want such a device.
