Okay.. so, just sold my ICBM and a week later, picked up a record player (great deal could not pass it up!). Now I am shooting myself for getting rid of the ICBM as I have no analog bass management (figured did not need it anymore since now I can pass DSD and LPCM from DVD-A over HDMI with the Oppo/Yammy...)
OKay...so here is my "work arround" (PLEASE let me know if you can see a better way)
(All with RCA cables)
From phono to phono preamp
From preamp to preamp in on the yammy
(Speakers wired to Yammy will play full-range signal)
then preamp out to the sub, then let the sub do crossover.
Downsides: A full range signal will still go from my phono to M22s (NOT full range speakers) and I will have to unplug the LFE-in to the sub and plug-in the preamp-out cables every time I want to listen to a record. (plus hit the switch from "LFE" to "Normal" (not a big deal))
Is there something like the ICBM that is only 2 channels? I feel like I might be even able to build something with a fix x-over at say 100hz that will sit between the phono pre amp and the preamp in....
