I've used this before, and it works great. But I prefer dbpoweramp music converter.

I like Super, but I'm not sure if it supports FLAC. Thanks for the recco, though, kiki.

Xilisoft and dbpoweramp both do flac. But the newer version of dbpoweramp supports multi core processing, so it can convert one file per core at at time, so it's much faster than anything I've used before, it makes me wish I had a core i7 when I do audio file conversions.
