An Attaboy for SVS Customer Service

My SVS PB13U was delivered yesterday. Somehow FedEx dropped the ball and didn't execute special shipping instructions I had specified through SVS, (and paid an additional $110 for).

I called SVS and explained what happened. Within a few hours, I had an email from them saying they would refund the $110.

The mixup was entirely within FedEx. SVS executed their part flawlessly. But since I had contracted, (and paid for), the service through SVS, they are the ones I called. They resolved the problem quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Now I suppose they will deal with FedEx. It is as it should be.

I bought the Ultra due to performance recommendations on this site, AND because of high praise to their customer service that I read over and over. Buying from an Internet Direct company, especially something big, is a bit scary. My concerns were assuaged on this site, and now I can personally attest to their efficiency and ethical conduct.

Oh... BTW... the PB13U is awsome! :eek:
