AMP - stereo or AV for Jamo C809 - not sure what to get or watts required

Hey everyone, need some help or advice on what to buy , I am replacing Marantz SR7002 Amp that I had since like 2007 I think. I still have my old Jamo C809 front and center speakers and the S606 floor standing rears, which I haven’t had setup for last couple years and miss just listening to music or the odd movie. New house space is still an issue so was thinking of just setting up the floor standing C809 as fronts for the time being and in a couple years when I have more space I will set all my rears and sub up ETC. So been thinking of getting a intergraded AMP for the time being and then adding to a AV receiver later ? if that works, something like the Marantz PM6006 or Onkyo tx-8270 (or any other recommendations) . I just not too sure how much watts I should be looking for and all the watts per channel seem to be miss guiding these days. I was thinking I would get better sound from a intergraded/stereo AMP than AV receiver for same kind of money ? Or should I just suck it up and buy a good AV receiver now for later?

Congrats, the new avr should give you more functionality at least. Having pre-outs gives you amp flexibility but for most circumstances the avr alone would probably be just fine....I wouldn't bother with the integrated amp thing now, though.
