Hi all ... sorry for posting twice. I really need this solve badly.
BA A250 arrived yesterday. Together with its sub.
When I hocked it up, stereo is impressive. No hiccups from amp.
But when I turn on the surround sound, my amp turned off by itself. No matter what surround sound I changed, it turned off.
But if I really turn the volume down, it doesn't. I mean really down.
For amp, I'm using RX-V465..

Really need help here ... Thks

I'd recheck the speaker connections for hairline shorts to start with.

+1 on what Markw said. I'm guessing you have a single strand of wire shorting your + and - terminals together at either the surround speakers or at the receiver. Redo your connections.

Thanks all ... it seems like cable was lose and was not twist from other end of CS.
And when I read the manual, it said the exact same thing. I think this problem is rather basic and I've yet to master it ... :(
Now listening to George Michael ( Ladies & Gentleman ) Sounded so much better then my previous HTiB cube speaker, NS-B280 that comes together with sub.

Just asking, why BA are not so well-recognized to compare to other sound speakers?
