Alternative for 8 pin DIN cable?

Hi guys,

I've bought two pairs of Monster Clarity HD Model one speakers for my large dance room, but the 8 pin DIN cable is too short. I need around 15 meters long cables to interconnect speakers.

I tried to find extension cable online, but don't know why I can't find any in Australia.

Do you think if there is any alternative? Is 5 pin DIN cable or other pin DIN cable okay to replace my 8 pin DIN cable?

A few options, contact your dealer or Monster and see if they have longer cables and connectors and extend it that way.

I'll bet you can find an extension cable elsewhere.
If that fails, look into a custom cable shop. It's possible to have the cable you have extended or a new one made.

To replace with a 5 DIN, you'd have to know the pinout of each cable.
Right from the start, I know that the ground pins are in different locations in 5 pin vs 8 pin.
So I think no.
