Aiwa speakers with car stereo

I hv a pair of aiwa speakers sx-ns 94, 6 ohm, I just tried to install these to my car stereo but the output is not that good, I was using my Sony HiFi speakers mhc-gnz333d with the same stereo and they were amazing, aiwa is giving great bass but the sound quality is not that good compare to Sony, since both of these speakers are of same impedance and power handling watts (100w) , what cud be the reason for the aiwa speakers to sound low? My car stereo is dsx-a35u, is there any option to improve the sound quality of my aiwa speakers with the car stereo head unit?

The Sonys are probably more efficient than the Aiwas.

I will add what you probably already know, neither of these speakers should be used in a car stereo.

Well, it cud be that the Aiwa speakers simply suck.
