Aiming tweeter tips

Have Focal In-wall speakers that have movable tweeters. What are some tricks or methods to get the tweeters aimed at the Main Listening Position? The room is large with high ceilings so if we don't aim well it will add up.

Maybe a laser sighting type of device? Altho I'd think you can eyeball it fairly well otoh. Maybe even use measuring mic/REW for best response.
