Acoustic panels for towers with backfiring tweeters?

Im going to set up room eq wizard and see what's going on...low ceiling is a real killer..and nearly square room..but its all i have to work with.

OP have you thought about kitty corner? It actually works quite well, with less room treatment and good acoustic SQ. Decware has a great article on it.

Yes, that is how I treated the alcove, it works and was easy to set up. If I have time today I will try and post some pics.
