I'm new to the forum so I hope I've posted this question in the correct place.
I've just converted (i.e., encoded) 6 mono .wav files into an AC3 (5.1) file using FFmpeg in Audacity. Then, I burned the file to a DVD using Toast 11 Titanium. All of this seems to work fine without any issues.
However, when I play the DVD through my AV receiver (Sony STR K750P), the Left, Right, and Center speaker play correctly...that is, they are discrete. But, the Left Surround and the Right Surround speakers are summed...that is, the same signal is appearing on both...they are not discrete.
Does anyone know what could be happening here...???
Thanks
