Those Chief brand mounting solutions are some of the best there is - and yes they can be pricey. I used to use them a lot doing pro installations at commercial facilities and such, bought and paid for by corporations with deep pockets to spend on this kind of stuff. I'm not even sure if they can be bought by the average consumer, I've never seen them on sale anywhere retail. Would tend to suspect a Chief sales rep would refer you to an authorized dealer (in turn most likely a professional A/V installation company such as the one I used to work for).
