The denon 3312 has 2 outs for subs. As for the budget am not sure. What I don't want to do is throw money at this without getting results to justify it. I'm looking at 3k, mabe 3.5 but I have been at this for a while now is wearing me down.

Jinjuku is spot on with sub placement...looks to be the best spot from the pics.

I have the sub & speakers for 3 weeks now, so I have one more week to return or exchange them.

If you are 80% TV/Movies then I would consider replacing the B&W's and if you can get the Cinema Series from eDesign Audio.

Are you wanting a 5.1 or 7.2...your 3311 is a 7.2 compatible? My opinion S.back speakers are a waste and that reciever has A-dsx...it can do heights or wides but not both...well not at the same time. with you having all this open space I would do 5.2 + wides wich would be 7.2 but you would use wide speakers instead of the S.back. so my next question is are you keeping those towers because with the wides you want them timbre matched. If you are keeping those towers get another pair (idealy) for the wides. You will want a very good center as I think this is the most important speaker in the entire system. If I had this room this is what I would do on your budget:

Center: RC-62II

RC - 62 II Center Speaker | Klipsch

Fronts: RF-82II

RF - 82 II Floorstanding Speaker | Klipsch

Wides: RF-82-II

RF - 82 II Floorstanding Speaker | Klipsch

Surrounds: Rb-61-II

RB - 61 II Bookshelf Speakers (pair) | Klipsch

Subs: 2 X A5-350 15" (if they will fit) if not get dual subs above mentioned.

Elemental Designs: Car Stereo, Home Speakers, Electronics

Is about 60,20,20 (tv, BD's & music). The c12 ht speakers you mention earlier are huge, I would get the door slammed in my face if I tried to come home with those. This is a bit overwhelming because of the lack of knowledge. It's like putting a car together without being a mechanic & having someone give instructions via text. I under estimated this whole thing.

It is something you build over time and you should enjoy it...get it piece by piece if you have to...lot of people here will help you.:)

Wow, I was looking at something similar except for the 2 subs. I wanted a 5.1 system & the 3312 is capable of 7.2. I think I stopped looking at this because the sales guy keep saying how Klipsch is not in the same league as b&w when it comes to clarity and built quality.

BS My buddy has B&W and I am not impressed at all (no offense to anyone who is) but klipsch are VERY clear speakers...I have the RC-64II center (4) Rf-7II and (4) Rb-61II and my buddy prefers toi watch movies at my house LOL!! truthfull the B&W are power hogs also they take a lot more power...I believe they are 90DB as klipsch is in the high 95DB....Rf-7II are 101DB. Before you go buy anything go hear them.

I definitely appreciate then help. I think one of the reasons why this is more difficult is because I really don't get unbiased advice. Obviously sales guys want to sell, so I can only take their opinion in that manner. Plus most of the bb magnolia sales are not very knowledgeable. Now some others are but they only recommend the speakers they own and anything else is not up to par. So usually when I walk out of a store I'm more confused then when I went in. That's been going on for a few weeks now.

I think you have been getting reasonably unbiased advice here. Still curious what you think of the B&W speakers if you remove the sub from the equation.

You wont be dissapointed...you can also instead of getting Rf-82II go down one series and get the RF-62II to save a bit of cash...if you want some unreal speakers get the RF-7II.....these blew the RF-82II out of the water but those are the flagship of klipsch reference speakers. also how are your speakers set up in your AVR??? Are the set up to "small" so the sub handles the bass and not the speakers??? If they are set up to "large" they will be drained by reproducing bass that your sub can do. start with your crossovers at 80Htz for all of them....actually that is what I have on all my speakers, some may disagree but it sounds great. I am telling you, you will like klipsch....go take a blu-ray you love and go demo them, if you where located near me I would let you come hear mine. For the price of the B&W you can get a lot more speaker from klipsch...the sales man wanted a kick back on the sale "possibly" that is why he stressed those speakers.

Yeap, I haven't anything bad about the rf-7's. Unfortunately they are out of my price range. For me it probably have to be the rf- 62's. The 82's are not that much more but I think they'll be too big got that 7 ft wall behind the tv.

Just lump TV & BD's together and call it 'Video'. You are 80% video and 20% music.

You could get the eD[c]6.Center and have eD configure it for vertical listening. Also check out the Klipsch. Again I think you should be OK with the B&W's. Just wondering what your 80hz and under is like.

I do own klipsch and have reccommended them....I am not saying they are the best...but at your price point I think they are....want to see some really awesome speakers....check these out...I am going to these next (probally in a year or 2):

Triad | Products | InRoom Platinum LCR

Actually I do have them set to large with the crossover at 60hz. The b&w's with no sub is a no go, doesn't matter the room layout. I am not impressed at at, but I was limited to just hearing those and the deft techs 8060. I live in SoCal & am having issues finding a Klipsch dealer that has the 62 or 82 on the floor. Went to Paul's tv but the speakers were out in the open with people walking around this huge sales area. Didn't sound good, heard the 62's. Not sure if it was the speakers or where they were.

Lets also focus on setting your AVR up correct...that can make or break a system a lot of the times....but with all cahnnels drive off your AVR and it is rated at 125 watts it is probally getting 1/2 that per channel so get some very sensetive easy to drive speakers. Do not waste your money ond fancy speaker wire either (I am VERY guilty of that LOL!!)...gets some 12-14 gauge and call it a day....but I would get some GSL audio bannnas.

Set them to "small" That is probally why your sub sounds weak and your speakers are drawing more power by trying to reproduce bass...very few speakers can actualy be set to full range and reproduce the bass like a sub will....heck the triads I wouldn't even....
