A2000, NR3008, or UMC1/UPA7

So I'm finally in the market to replace my current 4+ year old HK. While it's served its purpose, it is seriously outdated and at the end of its life.

I've pretty much decided on these three options, as they all come in at roughly the same price.

1) Yamaha RX-A2000
2) Onkyo TX-NR3008
3) Emotiva UMC-1 and UPA-7 combo

It will primarily be used for 40% TV, 30% Blu-Ray, 30% gaming.

My order of priorities in the receiver are:
#1 Audio quality
#2 Interface and ease of use
#3 Overall quality and reliability

All three of these have the connectivity and video processing that I want, and all should be able to drive my Axiom speakers from what my research has shown (if I'm wrong please let me know). However I'm not fully sure on how these products rank with the priorities I've listed.

All things being equal, the A2000 will cost $250 more than the NR3008, but will get a free 64GB Ipod Touch (in case you're wondering, Newegg is having pretty nice deals on these two receivers). The Emotiva combo is middle of the pack for price, $100 less than the A2000.

Thoughts and help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
