I guess the Chinese want to repeat histories mistakes. Unipivot arms were in vogue for a period, until the advent of the SME arm. I even built a couple in my youth. They have a huge draw back and that is warp wow. The reason, the pivot has to be above the plane of the arm. As the arm moves up and down on warps, the arm lengthens and shortens, and so the speed of the LP is not constant under the stylus. This effect is easily audible and unpleasant.
I would steer clear of that one.
