Unfortunately the measurements aren't worth a whole lot since they're in room.

Seems rather expensive. $3k is some serious money. I just get the impression from the website they like to use alot of buzz words and make it sound really awesome.

"3D MECHANICALLY BALANCED SOUND PRESSURE WAVEFRONT PROPAGATION NEAR-FIELD LINE-ARRAY SUBWOOFER™"

It just seems they word everything to make it sound like it uses much more technology than it really does. Huge paragraphs just to tell you it has dual 12" drivers.

It would be interesting if AH can get ahold of a model or two and do a proper review/test of them.

Gotta love those 130dB frequency response graphs too :)
Its strange that I posted info about the Paradigm monster sub and every one scoffed it include Audioholics until they ran their own tests and ate humble pie.

What's with this chest pumpin bravado with you guys. Measure the GD thing and then beat your chests if the measurements prove otherwise.

FWIW, I've got nothing against the sub itself, just the measurement/reporting techniques. That isn't to say I'm going to rush out and buy four of them tonight, but I'd not laugh at you or belittle you if it was your cup of tea. Not to your face at least :p

Its not my cup of tea. I just posted it because I've never seen that type of an arrangement before and only mentioned low distortion. Howver every lemming jumps on the measurement bandwagon and it gets kind of tiring every now and then, ya know? :)

I can understand the sentiment. I don't need to hear for the 100th time how X will blow it away for less money.

Maybe if everyone else out there would use the industry accepted standard then there wouldn't be much issue. I've far from someone who jumps on a bandwagon, but Audioholics is the most consistant when it comes to measurements and techniques.

Its not a subwoofer that I would consider but it might be a great performer. What bothered me alittle was the marketing mumbo jumbo they have all over the website. Alot of it to me seemed like made up terms to make it seem like its some kind of technical marvel. I just got the impression they made alot of nothing into something.

M&K was a repected brand name before the company disbanded and it just became Kem Kriesel. Please name me one compa
