I love your "Want:" Section! Sweeeeet.......

However, is an EVO really necessary if you have a R8 V10 and/or a GT-R??? Also, dont be so picky....I read that the V8 version of the R8 is absolutely no slouch and shouldnt be slept on just because the other has a V10. Performance wise they said V10 was quicker and overall faster but that the V8 actually handled slightly better because of the decrease in weight....not to mention the extra 35k youre saving with the V8 you could certainly add some more performance to the V8 version and maybe even a sound system!

And one more thing......mmmmm......Scotch!!! I have become quite the fanatic of it over the past several years. I made a list of some of the top rated Scotchs in the world (which I keep folded up in my wallet...) and have been systematically checking them off as I find them. Obviously some of the ones with the ridiculous price tags I have been skipping, but usually at a restaraunt, especially if my father-in-law is around, we test out some of the best ones and just cross it off the list. He is the one that got me started into this ridiculously expensive hobby so I make him buy them when I can...and he certainly has expensive taste himself. Personally, I prefer single-malts but he loves the blends and has some incredible selections in his personal bar. Obe of his Faves is the Chivas 21yr in the blue ceramic looking bottle, pretty good! My fave at my own personal collection is the Glenfiddich 18yr, excellent and the Oban 14yr is pretty good too!

Sorry for the rant and ramble......you have some good taste my friend!

Realistically speaking, for a person living in Calgary, the EVO is the one that IS really necessary  - otherwise if I lived in like Florida I would swap it out with a GSX-R1000 or something :D

I`m not too experienced with blends. I think I enjoyed the Johnny Walker Swing once but Chivas is just yucky ;o

When it comes to single malts, I like The Ileach, Auchentoshan, Talisker, Glenmorangie, Aberlour and Amrut Fusion. But honestly my favorite is Cognac like Camus VS and Drouet et fils XO :D
