A possible pre pro upgrade

i currently have an outlaw audio 990 pre-pro that i've been enjoying for the last 3 months. i've always had my eye on the anthem avm30's. so how much should i expect to gain in terms of sound quality, sound spectrum, etc, etc? i've been watching the market and its now come to a point where i could afford one of these. would it be a wise choice to make or not?

i'm now using 5 monoblocks. i use to have a rotel rmb1075 for rears & centre only, and 2 monoblocks for my fronts. my centre channel just doesn't feel right (improved when i got teh monoblocks). not enough depth, punch, etc......i have a paradigm ref 590 as a centre.
