Same old question . Which Sub ?

if any
Will be putting the finishing touches on the basement soon, with my dedicated space, 14x15x8
I was curious if with my current set up if any of you would anticipate needing a Sub, Will be running a Pioneer 1016 with Athena F2.2 fronts C1.2 centers and B1.2's for surrounds. Will be mainly used for Movies/HT/games

My question is would you think I could get away with setting the F2.2's to large and go no sub in my room size.

or would something along the lines of the H100, Onix X-sub, or one of the Titanics from parts....express be a good option, reason I asked is I would like to stay under $400 and the HSU STF2 is looking appealing. Just don't know if it would be over kill, and would hate to miss out on the sale.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

You'll definitely want a sub. The STF-2 should work nicely in that space.

Looks like the STF-2 is onsale right now too. That is an added bonus, if you didn't already know that.
