7.1 setup

Trying to rearrange my 7.1 game room. I am able to do what ever I want, the wife lets me have the downs stairs and she has the upstairs. I Would like any ideas on where to put the couch and my speakers. I have tile flooring with area rugs .

The only thing I can't change is I have a built in entertainment system so I can't put my front speakers besides the tv. talked to definitive and they told me to put my front speakers 12 inch's in front of my entertainment system

My room is 15 by 15, though part of it is open as you will see in the photos. So any ideas where I should put the tv and couch? I can't spend any money that is the only problem. I watch movies 75% and music 25% Here is a link to some pics

It looks like the front stage is set and your rears are already wired in, which is ok. Based on preliminary calculations, you’d want the viewing/listening position 4’-6’ off the rear wall. Since you’re using the 2004s for the side surrounds, I’d try them directly to the sides about 6” away from the side walls facing forward with the bass driver firing into the room.
