7.1 analog out br player and a few questions

So I went to best buy today to see what 7.1 analog out br players they had, and I was told that they don't exist LOL. Then I told him they do and showed him the bd-80 and the bdp-320 they had on display. After that, he told me that optical out would sound better, and 7.1 analog out won't give me 7.1...

At that point I was done dealing with him and told him I was going to keep looking around. I saw him later trying to sell blose to someone lol.
