I just bought 2 of the 6C33C-B tube on ebay, but after inspected them I afraid test them on my BAT vk150se amps please help me, and let me know from pics if they're bad?

They obviously have had some use, but you can't tell if they are bad. That requires a valve tester, which are complex pieces of equipment.
 
Should try to install them to see if it work or not? It if not it will blow my fuse. Plus I need to send a review to ebay seller.
 
Is there a repair shop in your area that has a variac (variable autotransformer). The safest way to test the tubes without a tube tester is connect the amp to a variac and slowly turn up the voltage, or they may have a dim bulb tester to check for shorts. Relying only on fuses is risky.
