Is there are particular retailer you guys would suggest? I'm gonna have to have it delivered to Canada. I tried finding Canadian dealers and had no luck.

Oh really! Perfect. Also, I noticed someone had an all black A500, with black volume knobs. Is there a particular retailer that sells them?
It will cost you one can of black satin spray paint and a little time:D Now that I have them in the closet there really is no need, but it does look a lot nicer.

Why on earth would anyone want 500 watts/ch? I don't care how big your house is, that is way, way more power than you could ever use (unless your goal is to go deaf!)
Not if you want 100% clear sound with maximum dynamics. You will never use that on a midrange, but a subwoofer, definitely.

It's just a standard knob and slides right off. It could even be replaced with a nice metal one.
I see, I was afraid of trying to pull them off ... maybe I should have someone CNC me some wooden knobs  maybe they'll sound better. :D

Long and McQuade is a reputable pro-music shop that has a location in Brampton. It is a good choice.

Oh, I didn't know L&M were Behringer dealers. They're closeby and have a 30 days return policy. This is great as it would allow me to try it out in my own system.

In a way, I'm afraid of going there as I've given up on Guitar and seeing all the new stuff is going to be difficult on the wallet.

Yeah and I thought about taking off the covers and sandblasting the paint off because I read once where unpainted amps sound better than painted ones. I am serious about that too. Some idiot wrote that in the St. Pete Times back in the late 80's:rolleyes:
