It's going to be hard not to get a PS3 if indeed the prices drop to that level.
Granted, the 20gig disk on the 360 isn't extra large. It require some extra media management but it's still plenty big. Since you can stream everything from your PC, there is now real reason to have a larger drive. The PS3 doesn't need much more.
As for WiFi? I found it to be pretty crappy when it comes to gaming. I prefer a hard wire connection!
