3805 Vs. Vsx 56 Txi

Given that my VSXD1S is dying I am looking for new reciever and think I have narrowed the field to these two.
They would be driving Klipsch Speakers SF2 mains, KV3 center, KG2.5 rears and SW15-II sub.
We listen to music mainly but definately enjoy the earth shaking theatre experiance.
Also if any one has a better choice.

I have a denon 2105 with Klipsch SF-2 mains, SB-1 rear & rear backs, and a sc.5 center. The denon matches up very nice with the klipsch, a very smooth sounding combination. How do you like your SF-2's? I think for the money, they can't be beat.
