hi , my buddy offered me a hitatchi 37" ultravision tv it has a problem with the picture. 1 minute it's crystal clear then it gets bad (horizontal lines) then no picture then clear again (not in that order). all in the course of a morning. it's only 5 years old. can it be fixed and around how much would it cost?
any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
