No worries. I always forget that I am the only one that knows what my house looks like. In this case running the second outlet on its own 20amp circuit would require a shorter length of wire than having it as part of the 1st 20amp circuit. Where the TV and subwoofer outlet will be is only about a 4foot run to the breaker box.
