2 channel settings for Behringer EP 1500 amps

I just got two behringer ep 1500 amps and can get only channel 2 on both amps work but cant get channel one to work its getting signal but sound is going out to my left speaker only to the right speaker I have 1 and 10 turned on on the dip switches like the manual said to do for stereo mode I am using Yamaha RX-V1700 to supply the signal with XLR TO RCA adptors for the amps which one amp is for my mains and the other amp is for my center channel using the channel 2 which works for the center speaker can someone tell me the right setting to use for stereo mode so I can get all 4 channels running Thanks markkirk1

just wanted to fill in the shortage

first thing you should try is to switch the cable to check if both cables are ok (both speaker wire and interconnect)

can you take a pic of the back portion of your amp with the connections?

This sure does sound familiar. I think that someone posted on this before, but I can't find it.

You mentioned switches 1 and 10, but also make sure that switches 4, 5, 6, and 7 are in the left position ("STEREO" and "BRIDGE MODE OFF").

All cables are good just put them tonite and all channels work on my receiver just not on my new amps need what other dip switches need to be on get amps to work in stereo mode I cant post pics because they over 100k all other switches off except for one and ten

photobucket.com ok with pictures over 100k i say switch everything to the left including the clip limiters you dont need them that includes one and ten

I got it to work thanks for your help I will shut the clip limiters off I think its crap XLR adaptors that I got was part of the problem I'm sure it will get better when my clean boxes come so I get a balanced signal to the amps
