2 channel preamp

This is for the 2 channel audio guys if there are any of you out there.

I am looking for a 2 channel preamp with a remote on a limited budget.

Any suggestions.

I will consider used gear.

What is your budget? $100? $200? Would you ever consider getting into home theater with this setup?

This is srtictly for 2 channel audio. I already have a home theatre setup but may run the front two cahnnels of the home theatre through the preamp.
I am considering a Classe CP-35 and a Forte F-44. Looking to spend $500 to $600 or less.

Check out the Adcom GFP-750. They are starting to show up on Audiogon. The 750 has received rave reviews. I have 1 friend who owns one, he loves it. Another is seriously considering purchasing. I could recommend my personal favorite but lots of people here don't really like tubes much. Regardless, it is still my favorite.
