2 10 in Wireless Subs at 150 watts continuous or one 12 inch 300 watt continuous subwoofer?

Well 520 plus 65 shipping (and more in sales tax if you live in CA)...but I'd definitely take that over either SVS $500-delivered offering.
Agreed. The “shoe” is hard to beat for that.
I wish I lived in CA. Especially right now. -22degF when I got up this morning.

Ok another question.

Hsu vs 2 Polk ps505s?

After having 2 subs it is concerning to me to give up the volume they offer.

Unless, the Hsu will fill that volume by itself.

I'd take a Hsu over a polk just about any day of the week.

IMO, the single HSU will be better than two 505’s. The Polk doesn’t have Super high output and the potential average gain for a second sub is 6-9db. That’s nothing to sneeze at BUT the HSU will give you better bass. And IMO more. Bass.

Ok thanks.

What towers would you run with it?

That’s a pretty subjective question but the answer is, it depends. Budget will always dictate the range you have to work with. Do have speakers in mind, or in use that you like? If you do, start there. I am a jbl user for a long time, but I’ve looked really hard at KEF, GE, revel, RBH and the other usual suspects. My experience with klipsch has been not amazing but they do have plenty of fans, and can rock out.
Edit: you will probably get a bunch of recommendations for bookshelf speakers to go with it, but I’ve just never really embraced them. Granted, a bookshelf with the best components and build quality will surely outperform a tower with mediocre build and component quality, but I don’t really qualify something like a single 6-1/2 with a 1” tweeter much of a tower. That’s just a bookshelf with a built in stand. IMO a real tower would have a number of 6-8” woofers or a pair of 10’s a 6” mid and a tweeter or something to that effect. So it kind of depends on what you mean. But things are relative, and you must pay to play!

And you would rate the Hsu over the Rythmik?
I won’t answer for NIN but it would depend on which two you mean. Apples to apples, they’ll be more similar than different. Personally, I’m a fan of rythmik, but they both build quality subwoofage.

I agree on the full towers as opposed to bookshelfs.
I have had 10inch cerwin vegas as my towers and they are now 20 years old. Insane really.
My son is now 18. I raised him alone with no help or child support, I have a good job but wasn't in the position to upgrade such things. Now I am. And clearly I get my moneys worth so decent towers and a subwoofer I think is fitting and earned at this point.

I have a pair of CV D-9’s that have 15’s in them. They can get crazy loud, but they’re not that attractive, and truth be told, my jbl towers(with 12’s) sound much better overall. Sounds like a just reward is in order! Congrats on raising a boy alone. I’m married and doing it alone would probably kill me!

Thanks man appreciate it.
D- 9s are great speakers.
I want full dynamic sounding front towers for sure.

Wow. We're having a mild winter, little snow (not enough) and 50s daytime temperature lately....at 1500' in the western Cascades....

That cyclone bomb is brutal here in the NYC/NJ area right now.

I am not all that familiar with Rythmik's subs, but from my research I always felt that I'd get more sub for my $$ from Hsu.
