2.1 budget system

Hi guys, i'm french ( i apologize for the faults ), i'm new here and i got some ( much ) questions about my future 2.1 system.
I got a budget about 400 $, wit what i've seen in terms of review etc the pioneer SP-BS22-LR seems good and you were talking about them on an old post ( against corsair sp2500, the kit that i wanted to buy before i learned that separate elements were better ) you also talk about the dayton 10' sub and i want to know why did you recommend it over the pioneer SW-8MK2 ?
I also want to know if this will get enough power and be loud enough for a party, and that's why i want to get help with the amp cause i'm lost there
Another question, did you know any site to buy them in france because i dont see them and i will need to import them from US :/ ( If there is problem it will be hard to play with warranty )
If there is any problem with the alimentation because it's different in France and US ?
Maybe i can get something better considering that they are at 120$ actually and a dayton is at 100 $ let me know and thank you for reading this

If you want sound mainly for party, forget anything you know and buy pair of cheap PA monitors.

Not quite true, according to amazon.fr listings - they are consistenly more expensive than OP budget allows (unless your google-fu is better than mine). I limited search to active speakers only, since passive would obviously require an additional expense of pro amp.
Plus for (sufficiently large) parties studio monitors would not do

They kinda look like Behringer and with their brand range these days who knows if they aren't? I don't, just figured if Behringer can put some stuff at good prices here they could in EU also (even passive, a cheap amp isn't that hard to come by even in .fr hopefully)...googling fu in .fr land is way out of my league in any case.

No it's the opposite, i will mainly use them for listening music in my bedroom but i will use them sometimes ( like 3/4 times ) for party in my house or a friend's house that don't got enough power for it
I were thinking about the dayton sub 15' is he good ? That would make 150 W for the sub and 160 for speakers so i can go high and still equilibrate between them, that would let me 80 $ for the amp, thanks for ansdering that quick

Not sure what you mean by using them at a friend's house that "don't got enough power" but you can't compare the wattage of the Dayton's amp to the speakers max wattage rating, they're different things. The max wattage rating of a speaker is more often a melting point rather than a useful power rating. The wattage poured into a speaker yields a certain spl based on its sensitivity, so if you want max use of power get the highest sensitivity speakers you can. That's where the dj/pro audio type speakers give you more bang for your buck.

I mean that when a friend make a party at his place but don't got an audio system that's good i will come with mine
The most important thing for me is audio quality as i will listen music most of the time.
The second one is the power so when i will, sometimes, make a party ( we're like 20 peoples not more ) they will rock and get loud because in party we listen to musics that are based on bass most of the time that's why i want a super sub
The last one is that if the sub is big that will be a bonus, i don't know why i like big subs, and they create air
I noticed that there were subs who got an amp for 2 speakers, did that work well ?
Did you know some goods sub with this function that will allow me not to buy an amp and so get more money for speakers ?
