19-pin dvi cable

I am having trouble finding a long (5 to 8 meter) male-male dvi cable that has two groups of 9-pins and one flat pin on the end (19-pin). Is that an earlier dvi spec or something?

DVI Connections

There are 3 different formats of DVI connections. DVI-D or digital; DVI-A or analog; DVI-I or integrated.

There are also dual and single link versions of DVI-D and DVI-I.
