I don't see why it'd be a problem for anything other than the reasons you mentioned. In fact, if you're using it as a phono interconnect, the lower capcitance is a damn good thing. Besides, it's an RG6 video cable, there should be no reason it wouldn't work for audio. It has performance way beyond what you need for audio, not to mention both braid and foil shielding.
I would think that the only reason that the 1505F is more popular would be because of its greater flexibility.
Oh, I just thought of a problem though. Since it doesn't have any silver in it, it can't protect you from the werewolves!
