I have a 1690 that I have had for 18 mos and really like it. But some how I pushed the remote buttons incorrectly. Now when I use the menu button, the highlighted area scrolls on its own to the various functions and will not stop. this keeps me from using the functions. Anyone have any idea hon how to cure this? I have tried umplugging the unit to let it rest but it did not wrk.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, Al!

I'm probably just forgetting, but I don't know what the 1690 is. Could you please give more of the model number and/or brand? Thanks.

1690

Well, in 1690, the clarinet was invented in Germany and Massachuttes was the first "American" colony to issue paper money.

As for audio, as Adam says, you might want to be a bit more explicit.

Maybe the direction key on the remote is somehow stuck in the depressed state. Try mashing it a little and see if it makes a difference.
